Support slots for ticketed gigs

Hello! We have just done our first two proper support slots for ticketed gigs, how exciting! They went really well with some great positive feedback, especially from Natalie Holmes herself, which was very cool! She and Boci were amazing performers, and her songs were really good! We have been doing some more gigs as well, we did our first private party and a Halloween night pub. All these new experiences really feel like they are building our confidence! Asha wrote a pretty song called Winter Rain, and we have set ourselves the challenge of trying to release it with only a cheap interface and an old condenser. So far, it’s going fairly well. We will see how it turns out! We have been invited to play live on BBC Introducing with Daniel Pascoe in Truro. This is very exciting, nice to see all our BBC Introducing tracks have led somewhere! We will update you as to how it goes! HiddenCoves 🙂

New music soon

Hey, welcome to our latest news. We’re so glad you’re here! We have been playing at many different venues over the summer we have had some great experiences with different places and different people. It’s a joy to be able to talk to people who resonate with us and our music! A highlight was an overnight stay in Cornwall in a wonderful ‘mini-house’ B&B, with a gig the day before, and after, we had some great moments, especially the second day, where we played at a wonderful craft fair that was just our thing – pretty, sea-inspired, rustic and beachy handmade art and goods. We have new music coming soon, which is exciting, and we have also decided to release one song a month, which is going to be an excellent challenge. We hope to see you soon! HiddenCoves 🙂

A busy week!

Hi there, We’re so glad you’re here! We have had a busy week with rehearsals, gigs, admin and songwriting. Today, we did our first opening show for a wicked band called Kid Hyena at a local venue called Things Happen Here. This felt like a marker moment where we got to play a fully original set and support another band. We got a little more nervous for this gig than for others, as we felt a bit more exposed and vulnerable, but it was a really enjoyable experience, and we want to do many more like it. We want to get our music out there and for people to hear it and get to know us and our sound. I’m sure we will be playing at Things Happen Here again soon, so we will keep you posted. HiddenCoves 🙂

One chapter ends, another begins

Hello, welcome to our latest news blog! We’re so glad you’re here! Today we finished University and left Cornwall to move back up to South Devon. We are super excited as well as a little sad, as one chapter ends, so does another begin. We are planning to gig a lot over this summer and really get some experience under our belts. We have new music coming soon, a few songs that we wrote over the last year. We would love to catch you at a gig, so check out our gig calendar! Thanks so much for being here! HiddenCoves 🙂
